Council’s need to be prepared when a clerk leaves and this session will explain what the council should consider, what contingencies need to be in place, business continuity, and if the clerk is also the RFO – what will the council need to prepare for the RFO also leaving!

We will look into all aspects of having a robust handover in place when a clerk or clerk/RFO leaves the council.
