What is the benefit of Committees/Sub-Committees and Working Groups

This session will provide councils with information about how to appoint, structure, direct and use committees for their work. Come along to the training session and find out the advantages and disadvantages of having a committee system, and importantly, what should be included in a committee’s mandatory Terms of Reference. Remember that even the smallest council is recommended to have a staffing committee.
